Dessert Shop in Schaumburg

Schaumburg's hottest dessert destination nestled in the heart of a bustling mall. Patrons can indulge in a world of sweet and savory creations while shopping around for designer brands and popular items. Legado Associates was tasked with the design development and permit set for the tenant fit-out. We worked with the mall's building department as well as the Village of Schaumburg in order to secure a permit while satisfying all municipal and project specific code requirements.
